For those of you disappointed by the only AC/DC song released on Rock Band 2, have no fear. Harmonix just announced they've inked a deal to release all the AC/DC you can handle coming in November.

Not only is Spore a crappy game, it's also sparking some very interesting legal issues. If you didn't know already, if you've played Spore, it installed a product on your system called SecuROM to enable its copy protection.
The issue here is that it didn't ask you if that was okay, and you can't remove the software. Even if you remove Spore, SecuROM is forever on your system. Somebody is going to get sued over that...oh look!
"Filed on September 22, the suit argues that Thomas 'all others
similarly situated' would not have bought the game had EA disclosed the
title's installation of SecuROM. It claims that SecuROM prevents
unspecified user actions and programs from operating, with the software
only removable if 'the consumer completely wipes their hard drive
through reformatting or replacement of the drive.'"
