This entry is about Level 2 and 3 Charms and how to get those buggers activated.
The process to get a Level 1 charm activated is straight forward and covered in the article mentioned above, but the process to get Level 2 and 3 Charms activated isn't as intuitive.
Lets cut to the chase, to get a Level 2 Charm activated, you obviously must complete the quest, but then you must insert a completed Level 1 Charm into the Rune slots. If you're saying, WTF, to yourself...you're not alone. This isn't exactly explained well in the game. Basically, find a Level 1 Charm that matches one of the symbols required to activate the Level 2 Charm (visible right under the quest and effects). Complete the quest for the Level 1 Charm and add the required Runes to it, this will "activate" the Level 1 Charm. Now, uneqiup that Level 1 Charm and equip the Level 2 Charm you want to try and activate. Press the insert button, and you wil see your normal big list of Runes you can't add, but then at the very bottom is that Level 1 Charm that you just finished activating.
Rinse and repeat until you have all of the symbols filled in and voila, you have an activated Level 2 Charm.
The procedure to activate a Level 3 Charm is basically the same thing, except you need to use Level 2 Charms to fill in the slots...good luck with that one.
